Mario Super Sluggers Cards

To promote the Nintendo Wii title, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and Struck teamed up to create a microsite where kids could find digital baseball cards, unlock content and trade with others.


To create a smooth, floating animation effect for the Lakitu character, I created a system for programmatically defining midpoints for a curving animation, which created the effect of a floating, moving cloud when combined with a slight bobbing timeline animation.

    Worked with a team to develop the site in Flash using Actionscript 3.0. Tasks included attaching functionality to UI elements, working on the login process, and creating the programmatic animation of the Lakitu character.

  • Design - Flash Timeline

    Executing timeline animations for UI elements which would be later be triggered with code.
